All machines purchased from MESA include training that teaches you everything you need to know to quickly begin using your new equipment. If you need help or have questions, tech support is just a phone call away.

This is live interactive training with an equipment trainer who has years of valuable experience in the apparel decorating industry, not a pre-recorded session. You will enjoy the convenience of training from your home or office with just a computer, a phone, and a high-speed internet connection. A webcam is highly recommended for the best experience.

Classroom Training (Included)

Classroom Training

MESA optionally includes training at a MESA Training Center FREE with every machine purchase. Classroom training is currently available in our Fort Worth, Texas office. Classroom training is the best training choice for many, as it removes you from the distractions present in your home or business. If you plan to pick up your machine, you may decide to opt for classroom training.

With MESA's Classroom Training, you will train on your own machine, so when you get home with your machine, you will already be comfortable using it.

On Site Machine Training (Included with Full Sized Multi-Heads)

On Site Training

On-site one-on-one training at your location is included with full-sized multihead embroidery machines. For single heads, compacts, and other machines, it can be purchased for an additional fee. All trainings are scheduled Monday through Friday. Weekend training is not available. Please contact us with any questions or requests for more information.
